The efficient operation of MagFLOW is ensured by collaboration with the external archive MagDOC which stores scanned documents and other electronic documents which may be used, such as Word documents, OpenDocument files, faxes, e-mails, video files, etc.

MagFLOW is perfectly secure, with information released only to duly authorised users. Document access can be defined on the level of a single page or a page section.
